Victim Services

Victim Services Toronto is a community-based charity that aims to help victims of crime and sudden tragedies restore and enhance their quality of life. Our vision is to prevent further victimization in the diverse communities we serve. We provide immediate crisis response, intervention, and prevention services that are tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and communities affected by crime and sudden tragedies. Our agency is unique in Toronto as we offer on-site crisis, trauma, safety, and support services 24/7. We work in partnership with the police, communities, and other organizations to ensure that victims have access to the most appropriate services. With a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, we assist thousands of Toronto residents every year. We are committed to reflecting the communities we serve and currently represent over 35 languages within our agency.
