Business Description
The Toronto Recreational Outtripping Outreach Program (TROOP) is a summer program that allows Toronto Police officers and youth participants between the ages of 13 to 19 to go on canoe trips to the wilderness of Northern Ontario. The program aims to provide an opportunity for youth and police officers to learn more about each other while experiencing a new environment. Thanks to the support of ProAction Cops & Kids, youth are able to attend the program free of charge and are provided with all necessary equipment and supplies. TROOP is coordinated through the Toronto Police Service Divisional Policing Support Unit.
