Japan Symposium

The Annual International Studies Symposium, initiated by a group of motivated students in 1995, aims to deepen knowledge and experience of foreign countries and their relations with Canada. The symposium includes seminars, an international colloquium, a research trip, research essay submission, and publication of proceedings. This year marks the 20th anniversary, with Japan chosen as the country of study. The symposium has attracted distinguished speakers and guests, fostering connections among academic communities and the wider international community. The 20th Annual Glendon International Symposium on Japan will take place on March 29, 2015.
