Canadian Language Museum

The Canadian Language Museum aims to promote an appreciation and understanding of all languages spoken in Canada and their role in the development of the nation. We collect and disseminate information about the constantly changing linguistic landscape of the country and introduce the public to the scientific study of language and current language research in Canada. We encourage communication between language-focused groups across the country and facilitate dialogue on important language issues such as bilingualism, multilingualism, language endangerment, preservation, and revitalization. As a bilingual museum, we focus on all the languages of Canada.
