Glendon Athletic Club

The Glendon Athletic Club (GAC) is a fitness facility located at Glendon Campus in Toronto. We offer excellent aquatic, fitness, and racquet programs and services to our members. Our facilities include a weight and cardio room, a 25-yard pool, group exercise and cycling classes, a boxing studio, a gymnasium, four international squash courts, three outdoor tennis courts, a soccer field, a cricket pitch, and a baseball diamond. We also offer swimming lessons for both children and adults, as well as private lessons for squash, tennis, boxing, and swimming. Personal training is also available. Additionally, we offer facility rentals for both members and non-members at competitive rates. The GAC is open to the York/Glendon community and the public.
