Comsanté, Center Recherche Sur La Communication And Health

Since 2005, we have been working under the name Media and Health Research Group (GRMS). Recognized in 2010 as an institutional center at UQAM, our group is now experiencing a new surge under the name ComSanté, Center for Communication and Health Research. This new name reflects an expansion of our expertise to the entire field of communication and health. We aim to better meet the needs of our current partners and create new collaborative relationships, both in Quebec and internationally. ComSanté has a dual mission of interdisciplinary research and knowledge mobilization in the field of communication and health. ComSanté brings together researchers from several Quebec educational institutions, with a resolutely interdisciplinary perspective. The center also partners with various actors in the public health sector and the media sphere.
