Yoga Mix

Yoga Mix is a wellness center that offers a variety of yoga styles and other movement studies. Currently, all classes are basic yoga accessible to everyone, with some personal teaching variations. We have 10 instructors who rotate over each 2 week period, allowing you to request a level of practice that suits your preferences. In the future, we plan to introduce special classes with more details and additional class times. Since our establishment in April 2018, we have been offering yoga classes on weekdays at 7pm with our team of rotating instructors. We are also planning to expand our offerings to include Pilates, Meditation, and other wellness systems. Keep an eye out for our special events!
