Viomax

The Viomax center is a highly dynamic non-profit organization that offers a wide range of physical activities for individuals with physical disabilities. Viomax is the only service point in the metropolitan area to have a fully accessible fitness facility for wheelchair users and individuals with reduced mobility. The organization stands out for its unique expertise, programming that is truly tailored to the specific needs of its clientele, and adapted equipment that allows its clients to enjoy the benefits of physical activity. Currently, the organization serves over 900 members, demonstrating a strong interest among individuals with disabilities in leading an active lifestyle. Our activities take place in three areas: the fitness facility, the swimming pool, and the gymnasium, catering to children, teenagers, and adults. Our main mission is to promote the optimal development and maintenance of the physical abilities of individuals with physical disabilities, while also promoting their social integration through physical activity. The Viomax team values the accessibility of physical activity in order to have an impact on the health, quality of life, and autonomy of its clientele. We also encourage our members, whether disabled or not, to interact in a friendly and non-competitive environment. Non-disabled individuals are welcome to participate in some of our activities.
