Vessel Meats is a farm market-based meat vendor located at Alderney Landing. We specialize in selling locally raised beef, pork, and occasionally lamb. Our beef comes from Rocky Knoll Farm in Rawdon NS, where the cows are pasture raised and fed a diet of hay, silage, and grains (no corn) during the winter months. Hormones are never given to the cows. Rocky Knoll Farm also provides our pork, which is fed a diet of apples, other produce, hormone-free meal mixes, and pasturage. Vessel Meats was started by Brianna to bring transparent, locally sourced, Nova Scotia farm-raised meat to her community. We are a craft butcher that sources 100% locally grown products.
