The Vaughan Community Health Centre, located at 9401 Jane Street, Suite 206, Vaughan, Ontario, L6A 4H7, is dedicated to promoting health and well-being within the community. We strive to provide accessible services and address health disparities for vulnerable populations. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with extended hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 8:00pm. We are also open on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Please note that we will be closed on December 19, 24, and 26, 2016, as well as December 31, 2016, and January 2, 2017.
