Tourism Industry Association of PEI

The Tourism Industry Association of PEI (TIAPEI) aims to promote and advance the tourism industry in Prince Edward Island. TIAPEI strives for the continuous development and improvement of tourism facilities and services offered to the public. Additionally, the association works to create a wider interest in the tourism industry among the general public in Prince Edward Island. TIAPEI has developed and supported various programs to meet these objectives, which can be found on their website. Since its establishment in 1980, TIAPEI has grown substantially and now administers projects dedicated to human resource development and marketing. TIAPEI serves as the voice of the PEI Tourism Industry, advocating and promoting the sector on behalf of its members and the entire tourism industry. The association also participates in Tourism Technology, a partnership between the Atlantic Canada Tourism industries, Provincial and Federal governments, aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the tourism industry through technology.
