Toronto Youth Cabinet

The Toronto Youth Cabinet (TYC) is a youth-led organization that serves as the official advisory body to Toronto City Council for youth. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for the 333,515 young people in Toronto. We work closely with City Councillors and foster partnerships with youth organizations to provide a platform for young people to contribute to building an equitable and accessible city. Membership is open to all youth between the ages of 13-24 who live, work, play, or learn in Toronto, and it is free to join. Through outreach, engagement, and training, the TYC empowers young people to make a positive impact within the municipal governance context.
