Toronto Police Service 23 Division

The Toronto Police Service 23 Division, located at 5230 Finch Ave. West, Toronto, ON M9V 0A1, is led by Unit Commander Superintendent Ron Taverner and 2nd in Charge Inspector Scott Baptist. The Community Response Unit Manager is Staff Sergeant Joe Dawson, and the Community Relations Officer is Constable Parm Rai. Constable Ryan Willmer serves as the Crime Prevention Officer. The Traffic Response Unit Manager is Sergeant Brian James.
