Timeraiser

Timeraiser is a Canada 150 Signature Project that supports emerging Canadian artists and nonprofit organizations. It organizes Timeraiser150 parties in 10 provinces where Canadians can bid on original art with volunteer time instead of money, supporting causes they care about. Online150 is an online extension of Timeraiser150, allowing Canadians from coast to coast to acquire art by volunteering with local nonprofit organizations. Artists are paid for their work, nonprofits find skilled volunteers, and Canadians find meaningful volunteer opportunities. Timeraiser150 is made possible by dedicated volunteers across Canada, and has reached significant milestones in Ottawa, Vancouver, Halifax, and Edmonton. Established in 2003, Timeraiser continues to support emerging artists and nonprofits through its unique silent art auction model.
