True NOSH Marketplace & Café is a Diabetes-friendly food and beverage company founded by Registered Dietitian Renee Chan. Our mission is to revolutionize the food industry and create a world where sugar is not a major part of our food. We offer cooking classes that are sugar-less and dairy-free, as well as a delightful café that serves delicious plant-based, gluten-free, and healthy grab-and-go meals, treats, and grocery items. Our menu includes a variety of drinks, from oat milk lattes to unique toasted black sesame lattes, and we also offer our own handcrafted drinks and food. Many of our products, such as our XOXO Sauce, gluten-free dim sum, goji granola, and oatmeal raisin cookies, are manufactured in-house.
