The Movement Physio & Performance is a multidisciplinary performance rehab facility located in Dundas, ON. We are a team of three passionate physiotherapists who believe in promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Alongside our clinical practice, we also educate and connect with others in the physiotherapy field through the PT Coffeecast. Our goal is to impact the local community and help individuals thrive in the activities that drive them.
At The Movement, we offer 1 on 1 physiotherapy care that emphasizes education and exercise to empower our patients to take control of their health. We provide individualized physiotherapy programs that address all aspects of the person, ensuring that each patient receives the time and attention they deserve. Our treatments may include hands-on manual therapy, acupuncture, or blood flow restriction therapy to optimize outcomes for sports injuries, post-operative patients, and performance rehab for runners, crossfitters, and powerlifters. Whether you are experiencing acute or chronic pain, have been in a motor vehicle accident, or have a sports injury, we are here to provide the care you need.
