Thali

Thali is a traditional Indian platter that offers a complete and balanced nutrition, corresponding to the modern food pyramid. It has its roots in ancient Hindu cultural traditions and is believed to be based on Ayurveda, the science behind yoga. The Thali consists of small bowls with vegetables, curries, milk products, rice, pulses, bread, and desserts, providing all six different flavors on one plate. Thali is led by award-winning chef Joe Thottungal and chef de cuisine Rajesh Gopi, offering 6-7 dishes per Thali. They also provide vegan and gluten-free options.
