Tantramar Heritage Trust

The Tantramar Heritage Trust is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the heritage resources in the Tantramar Region. Our mission is to raise awareness and educate the public about the rich human and natural history of the area. We achieve this through various initiatives, including the development of a heritage preservation program, the operation of two museums, the Boultenhouse Heritage Centre and the Campbell Carriage Factory, and the creation of educational materials such as pamphlets and publications. We also identify and commemorate historic sites through the placement of plaques and cairns. Our goal is to ensure that the stories of trade, travel, industry, and family that shape the history of the Tantramar are preserved and shared with future generations.
