Sundogadventures

Sundogadventures is a company founded by Christine Wenman and Rich McIntosh, who started with two huskies from the NWT SPCA in 2015. They now have a family of eight friendly and personable dogs that provide enjoyable experiences of skijoring, kicksledding, and bikejoring on trails around Yellowknife. They offer 1.5-hour daily tours in the winter where visitors can operate their own kicksleds while being pulled by northern husky dogs. In the summer, they provide experiential tours on Yellowknife Bay, including kicksledding, snowshoeing, aurora tours, fishing, and sightseeing. Sundogadventures also offers snowshoes and kicksleds for rental, as well as a cozy log building for rent or relaxation after the tour. Customized tours and group discounts are available upon request.
