Status Inspection & Design

Status Inspection & Design is a reputable company that prioritizes the interests of the buyer over realtors or agents. With extensive credentials, experience, and knowledge, we offer the ultimate buyer protection. Since our establishment in 1989, we have successfully completed over 4000 inspections. As one of the original members of the Independent Home Inspectors of North America (IHINA), our inspector, Chuk MacDonald, is a Certified Engineering Technologist, a Certified Level One Thermographer, and a member of the New Brunswick Society of Certified Technicians and Technologists (NBSCETT). Our inspections go beyond the standards set by CAHPI and ASHI, covering various aspects such as foundation, frame systems, siding, windows, doors, roof, electrical, plumbing, heating, insulation, and ventilation systems. Our reports are comprehensive and fully illustrated, providing detailed comments rather than relying on industry check boxes.
