SkillSource BC is a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing access to trades training and work experience for apprentices. We connect apprentices with specific employers to provide comprehensive trade education and develop industry-leading skills. Our goal is to build a qualified trades workforce for businesses of all sizes. We offer flexible workforce solutions to our host employers by supplying skilled apprentices for short or long term work experience. At SkillSource, we recognize the importance of human capital in achieving business objectives. Our specialized placement, apprenticeship, and workforce development services aim to increase productivity and deliver meaningful results. We support apprentices in achieving certification in their trade by sponsoring them and helping them find the necessary work experience. SkillSource is an industry-led organization with a focus on increasing access to trades training and employment opportunities for British Columbians. We work closely with industry, organized labor, training providers, employment services, and government to deliver advanced entry trades training, group training programs, specialized assessment tools, and a range of support services for employers and apprentices.
