We have developed a unique model for client/lawyer interactions that reduces client fees. Our team consists of experienced professionals who prioritize professionalism, value, and simplicity without compromising on skill and quality. Our dedicated services focus on placing our lawyers within corporations that already have an in-house legal team. We step in when companies experience an overload of work or a shortage of support, acting as a safety valve for the internal team. By eliminating unnecessary overhead costs, we are able to offer simplified rate structures, including rates by the day or half day, and fixed bid project quotes. There are no additional charges beyond the contracted rate. In our shared services, we provide in-house legal support to companies that may not require a full-time resource or have a thinly staffed team. Clients can choose from three tiers of service based on their anticipated level of activity. Unused hours can be carried forward and applied to future routine needs or project work. All work is conducted virtually by our high-quality lawyers who also serve our large corporate clients. We offer our services in both French and English, covering both Civil Law and Common Law. With our slashed overhead, brilliant lawyers, and billing certainty, we provide undeniable value to our clients.
