Science for Peace

Science for Peace is a Canadian organization comprised of natural scientists, engineers, social scientists, scholars in the humanities, and members of the wider community. Our mission is to understand and combat the forces behind militarism, environmental destruction, and social injustice both locally and globally. By joining Science for Peace, individuals have the opportunity to influence society at large regarding these critical issues. We offer educational events and materials on various topics including climate change, nuclear disarmament, militarism, social injustice, the corporatization of universities, and interferences in academic freedom.
