Scheffler's Delicatessen is a family-owned business located in the St. Lawrence Market. Owner Odysseas Gounalakis and his wife Sandra purchased the deli in 1992 after years of working in the market. Odysseas has a passion for the market atmosphere and food culture, and has achieved various milestones in his career, including certificates in cheese fundamentals, being a runner-up in a national cheese merchant competition, and participating in international culinary events. The deli's goal is to offer the largest selection of local and specialty foods.
