SABOR Restaurant is an upscale eatery located in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District. We provide a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition, including Portuguese, Spanish, French, and Italian cuisine. Our seafood menu is OceanWise certified and considered the best and most sustainable in Edmonton. We also offer a variety of meat and vegetarian options. Our professional staff, extensive wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and inviting atmosphere make SABOR the perfect spot for any occasion. On Friday and Saturday evenings, guests can enjoy live music by local musicians. We also offer wine corkage for a fee and can create specialty cakes for events with advance notice. Please note that outside food and beverage, including special occasion cakes, are not permitted.
