Run Ottawa

Run Ottawa is a leading running organization in the National Capital Region, dedicated to promoting the sport of running and improving the health and well-being of the community. Our mission is achieved through organizing world-class and local races, as well as managing an active running club. Our vision is to have more people running more often, and for the Ottawa Race Weekend to be the best running experience in Canada. We value our independence and conduct our business in a financially prudent manner. We also value and respect our team, community, and stakeholders, and believe that every voice matters. We embrace the passion of the running community and strive to support all runners in achieving their goals. As the organizers of the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, including the Scotiabank Ottawa Marathon, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and being the best in our field. With a dedicated leadership team and experienced staff, we aim to grow the sport of running in the National Capital Region through organizing high-caliber events for all levels of runners to participate in.
