Riepert Salt & Supply

Riepert Salt, founded in 1988 by owner-operator Dan Riepert, initially focused on servicing residential accounts in Kitchener-Waterloo. However, the company has expanded its services to include commercial accounts such as restaurants, hotels, property management companies, food businesses, and pool companies. The company's main focus is providing excellent service and high-quality products. They prioritize convenience for their customers by delivering the salt directly to their softeners and offering flexible delivery times. Riepert Salt also ensures that customers are reminded to place their next salt order in a timely manner. The company has experienced significant growth over the years and now serves over 12,000 customers. They also offer a wide range of ice-melt products and softener services. Riepert Salt emphasizes the importance of customer satisfaction and aims to maintain their success by prioritizing it.
