REPUBLIC is a unique coffee bar and Lebanese street bakery located in Toronto's Entertainment District. We offer a wide range of coffee and tea options, including traditional Lebanese coffee brewed with cardamom. Our menu features delicious baked-from-scratch mana'eesh and traditional pastries. These include man'ousheh, a pizza-like crust topped with zaa'tar and baked in wood or gas fired ovens. Our food provides a healthy and tasty alternative to fast-food options. Whether you're in a hurry or have time to sit and enjoy a meal, REPUBLIC is the place to go. We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff, great music, and exceptional food. Since opening in February 2017, we have received rave reviews from our satisfied guests.
