REFORMFIT Markham

REFORMFIT Markham is a training club that was established on July 1st, 2017. We have a modern facility spanning 5200 sq ft. and equipped with top-of-the-line fitness industry equipment. Our primary focus is on providing a comprehensive range of health and fitness services. We firmly believe that health is a holistic concept that cannot be approached from a one-dimensional perspective. Our mission is to assist individuals in realizing their fitness and health potential by helping them achieve goals they may have thought were unattainable. We recognize that optimal health and fitness can only be achieved by nurturing both the mind and body. Therefore, we place great emphasis on adopting a lifestyle change approach that encompasses exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being.
