Business Description
RAID Fighting Systems offers reality-based self-defense training that combines Filipino and Indonesian martial arts with elements of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiujitsu. The training focuses on developing real, functional combat skills that are relevant to today's society. Unlike traditional martial arts, RAID's method eliminates cookie cutter elements and instead focuses on developing each individual's reflexes and natural reactions. The training includes reaction-based, "alive" training to ensure real-world applicability. RAID Self-Defense was founded by Ilan Srulovicz, a 3rd degree black belt and recognized guro in Filipino martial arts, who has tailored these arts to modern self-defense. Originally based in Los Angeles, RAID Self Defense is now available in the greater Toronto area.
