Princess Auto

Princess Auto is a Canadian retailer that is family-owned and operates stores across the country. We have a National Call Centre and an online store. Currently, our stores are open with reduced capacity for in-store shopping of essential items that support the food, animals, and agricultural supply chains. Non-essential and surplus items are available on our website, and customers can choose in-store or curbside pickup during store hours. We also offer free shipping up to $50 for orders over $50 before taxes. Our priority is to keep our stores running, ensure the safety of our team members, and provide efficient service to our customers. We appreciate your continued support. Princess Auto is a privately-owned Canadian company with over 3,400 team members. Our headquarters is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We offer a unique range of tools and equipment to hard-working Canadians through our stores, call centre, and online platform. Our customers include tradespeople, farmers, inventors, and industrial workers who play a vital role in our country. We strive to provide exceptional value and an unmatched experience. Our Royal Service Promise ensures that no sale is final until you are satisfied, and we are committed to repairing, replacing, or refunding any product to meet your satisfaction.
