Customers can choose the type and level of wine they want to make, and the process is simple and quick. After selecting the juice and adding yeast, Polar Bay Wines takes care of the rest until it is ready to bottle. Customers can schedule a bottling date, and the winery provides corks, shrink tops, and even labels for some kits. Custom labels can also be produced on-site. Bottling typically takes about 30 minutes for a 30-bottle batch. Additionally, Polar Bay Wines sells clear and green bottles for those who don't have their own.
