Po'Boys Diner

Po'Boys Diner is a neighborhood casual diner in YYC that offers Creole and Cajun cuisine with a modern twist. They serve big and flavorful dishes with a playful presentation, including traditional favorites like Poboys, Crab Eggs Benedict, Jambalaya, and Fresh Oysters. They also offer refreshing beverages such as Housemade Lemonade, Iced Sweet Tea, American and Local Craft Beers, and a variety of wines. The concept of the diner was inspired by food trucks, street food cookbooks, and a trip to New Orleans, resulting in a modern take on Louisiana's traditional cuisine.
