Parka Food Co. is a vegan restaurant that specializes in creating indulgent yet wholesome, vegetable-based comfort food. We are dedicated to changing the way people think about vegetables by making them real, fresh, and from scratch. Our journey began in the local food festival circuit and in winter 2017, we opened our first brick & mortar location in Queen West. At Parka Food Co., we are passionate about plant-based comfort food and strive to make it fun and easy for people to eat more sustainable, plant-based meals. We take pride in our commitment to sustainability, which includes sourcing locally and practicing low waste. Our menu features delicious, whole food-based items that cater to everyone's taste buds, such as our Portobello Burger, Spicy Black Bean Burger, and Truffle Mushroom Mac N’ Cashew Cheese, which has been recognized as the best vegan mac n’ cheese in Toronto by blogTO. In addition to offering contactless takeout, delivery, and catering services, we also have a cozy outdoor patio for dine-in seating. Our restaurant is minimally decorated and operates as a counter-serve establishment, serving up plant-based mac & cheese, burgers, fries, and onion rings.
