The establishment was originally founded in 1963 by Mrs. Marg Morgan, president of The Volunteer Committee of the National Ballet of Canada, as a means to raise funds for the ballet. The shop started with a small space on the second floor of the Colonnade and eventually moved to its current location in the Bloor-Yorkville neighborhood. Over the years, Paper Things provided an extensive selection of wedding invitations and accessories to suit various preferences and budgets. Thank you for your support as a patron.
