NSCAD Interdisciplinary Design

The NSCAD Interdisciplinary Design program focuses on preparing students to understand how concepts can be applied in various forms of design, including print, web, product, and the built environment. The program encourages students to embrace their own strengths and weaknesses while also seeking out collaborations with other designers who can bring additional skills to a project. While students may develop their own areas of specialization, they are encouraged to be inquisitive and learn from other disciplines in order to engage with a wide range of creative practitioners and bring added value to client briefs. This Facebook page promotes the activities and achievements of NSCAD's Division of Design and Master of Design programs, highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary design.
