Neighbourhood Massage, formerly known as Know Your Body Best Clinic, is a trusted provider of expert, therapeutic massage in a professional and relaxing environment. Our team of Registered Massage Therapists will work with you to create a personalized treatment that suits your specific needs, whether you require relief from chronic pain, assistance with a recent injury, or simply want to relax. We offer a wide range of massage services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Cranio-sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Thermal Palm Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and Breast Massage for Cancer Survivors. Our prices range from $57 for a 30-minute session to $180 for a 2-hour session, with additional fees for certain treatments. All prices include HST. Our team consists of 8 experienced therapists, each with their own unique style of massage. Our therapists specialize in various techniques, ensuring that you will find the right therapist for your needs. Kim Hartford, Kimberley Dawson, Esperanza Pabon, Bisa Dobson, Jan Eadie, Bev Greer, Holly Franklin, Donna Clark, and Melanie Tiburzi are all dedicated professionals with years of experience. Please note that Neighbourhood Massage is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but we hope to reopen in May. Established in 1991, Know Your Body Best Massage Clinic was founded by Donna Micallef and Constance Rennett. In 2008, the retail side of the company was expanded, and the massage clinic was sold to Beverly Greer, one of the therapists at Know Your Body Best. The clinic relocated to 873 Broadview Ave. and was renamed Neighbourhood Massage Therapy to prevent confusion with the retail store and to emphasize our commitment to serving the community. We take pride in providing healing and therapeutic massage in a nurturing environment. As a therapist-owned and operated clinic, we have been serving the Riverdale community for over 20 years.
