Modlocks

Modlocks is a re-branding of the popular hair salon Knot Just Dreads, located at 135 Bathurst Street. Founded by licensed hairstylist and entrepreneur Karen Wallington in 2004, Knot Just Dreads has enjoyed 12 successful years. However, in order to bring a higher level of professional dreadlocks and hair care service and education, Karen decided to launch her new company, Modlocks. Modlocks offers a variety of services including dreadlocks, synthetic dreadlocks, dreadperms (curlylocks), dreadlock extensions, repair, and maintenance for all hair textures and lengths. Due to a high demand, Modlocks is currently not accepting new clients and requests for appointments should not be made through messaging. Modlocks is owned and operated by master loctician Karen Wallington. The studio operates on an appointment-only basis and does not accept walk-ins.
