Mentoring Juniors Kids Organization (MJKO)

MJKO is led by Executive Director Miranda Kamal, a highly respected coach who has received recognition for her excellence in coaching. Our programs have had a positive impact on the youth we serve. According to our survey results, participants have reported improved self-esteem, the acquisition of new skills, and a better understanding of goal setting. Childhood obesity and youth gang involvement are significant issues in Ontario. MJKO aims to address these challenges by promoting physical fitness, healthy eating, and positive social engagement through our boxing programs. We believe that by instilling these values and providing a supportive community, we can empower young individuals to make positive choices and lead fulfilling lives. MJKO operates as a volunteer-centered organization, relying on the dedication and passion of our volunteers. We are grateful for their commitment to making a difference in the lives of the youth we serve. Overall, MJKO is dedicated to supporting the well-being and development of at-risk youth in Ontario through our boxing programs. We are proud of the positive impact we have made and are committed to continuing our work in empowering and inspiring the next generation.
