Melrose is a restaurant, patio, and bar located within the Cowboys Casino complex. With two distinct rooms, it offers a great venue for business lunches, happy hour appetizers, or private functions. The bar features multiple HD TVs for sports enthusiasts and offers a wide selection of beverages, including 30 beers on tap, over 100 craft bottles, hand-crafted cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Melrose has been serving the Calgary community since 1991 and opened a second location inside Cowboys Casino in 2012. It will be reopening in mid-June 2022 with a new look and feel, while still offering delicious food and drinks. The restaurant provides a relaxed atmosphere and serves pub fare, including Alberta Beef burgers.
