Massey's

Massey's is a long-standing restaurant that was founded in the 1960s by Angelo Argiro and Ted Papatheodorou. They started with a small take-out business selling hot dogs, hamburgers, fries, and drinks. Over the years, they expanded and in 1984, they opened a full-service restaurant called "Massey's." The restaurant has been successful with the support of the community and has grown alongside the evolving town of Pickering. Don Argiro, the son of one of the founders, became a partner in 1989 when "Uncle" Ted retired. Massey's takes pride in their homemade food, from freshly made soups and salsa to hand-trimmed meats and hand-cut fries. They also offer a venue for family gatherings or corporate functions, accommodating groups of up to 50 people. With three generations now working at Massey's, they look forward to continuing their success and providing a pleasant dining experience for their customers.
