Mamajoun

Mamajoun Pizzeria, established in Toronto in November 2014, is a new business with a rich family history in lahmajoun baking. Owner and Chef Mihran B comes from a lineage of lahmajoun bakers, learning the art from his grandfather in the Middle East. With over a decade of culinary experience, Mihran brings a passion for using only fresh ingredients in his food. Mamajoun specializes in Mediterranean flatbreads and baked goods, with a focus on their signature Mamajoun, a twist on the traditional Lahmajoun. They take their flatbreads and add special sandwich toppings, grilling them into a delicious panini-style sandwich. The fusion of fresh ingredients and homemade dough creates a unique and flavorful experience. The mission of Mamajoun Pizzeria is to provide the people of Toronto with healthy, fresh, and innovative fast food made from the best natural ingredients, ensuring a fantastic taste that keeps customers coming back for more.
