LE BAKELAB (Formerly The Lincoln Apartment Bakery)

"The Lincoln Apartment Bakery" offers intimate baking classes in downtown Montreal. The owner, Jess, has a passion for baking and has been creating recipes since she was a child. She has traveled to almost 30 countries and takes cooking classes wherever she goes. The bakery offers drop-in classes, group and private workshops, and themes such as pastry, chocolate, gourmet cupcakes, meringues, and Parisian macarons. Bachelorette and birthday parties are also welcome. The workshops started in a small apartment kitchen on Lincoln Avenue and have now expanded to a professional space in Verdun, just minutes from downtown Montreal. The classes provide a hands-on experience and are available in both English and French. Visit the website for more information and the schedule of classes.
