Kobo Gourmet

Kobo Gourmet started with the goal of providing the freshest and highest quality fish to meet the market demand. Over time, we have transformed into a restaurant that not only offers the best Japanese food experience but also uses the same high quality fish as a key ingredient. Located in Pickering, we pride ourselves in offering authentic Japanese cuisine, including sushi and sake, which is considered the finest in the Durham Region. With a focus on sushi, we are known for our expertise in this area, operating in a strip-mall setting. Our restaurant has a traditional ambiance with minimalistic decor and is popular for its omakase menu and Sunday brunch.
