1st one no chicken on Tuesday special during lunch 1 pm truly no excuses 15 min wait on chicken so no e even dropped

Waited in drive through for over 10 min with car in front of me not even moving went in store had no rhym or reason so instead of putting pple through no one said a word for over 10 min to pile waiting outside could have made the first guy pull up

Complaint Regarding Order #121404 (185 Wyadotte St. E)Sep 17, 2026
★★★★★Absolutely terrible experience. I placed and paid for a delivery order scheduled for 12 PM, but was awakened at 12:21 AM by the restaurant because they somehow confused noon with midnight. Staff told me they had no drivers and wanted me to pick up an order I had paid to have delivered. If they could call me after midnight, surely they could have called the next morning to confirm the order and avoid further issues. Instead, no one did. The order was eventually delivered incomplete, missing multiple items, drinks, utensils, napkins, and condiments. This meal was being sent to a workplace mourning the loss of a colleague killed in a car accident, and what should have been a simple gesture of kindness became a stressful ordeal. KFC failed at the three basic things they needed to do: prepare the order correctly, verify it was complete, and deliver it. Very disappointing.☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report

★★★★★I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC Location in Windsor, Ont. This was by far the worst KFC I have ever had to date. The chicken was over cooked and overly salty, completely unacceptable for a brand that's suppose to be consistent. On top of that, my order was completely wrong, I asked for popcorn chicken meal deal and a four-piece chicken box, but instead received two three-piece chicken meals - which I did not order. I called the store to address the issue, hoping for some resolution. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing. The person I spoke with, who claimed to be the manager, kept saying sorry, and dismissing my concern and complaint. There was no offer of a refund or replacement and no attempts to make things right. This experience showed a complete lack of quality control and customer care. I will not be returning to this location store # 1452 @ 27 Amy Croft Dr. I believe part of the issue I had at this location, the employee who took my order did not appear to have a good command of the English language nor did the manager, I had a difficult time understanding him and I believe he had a difficult time understanding me and what I was attempting to get across, making the situation extremely frustrating....☆ Helpful (0)⚐ Report
