Kenorah Design + Build

Kenorah Design + Build is a highly experienced and reputable company that has been providing exceptional design and construction services for custom homes and renovations for over 35 years. Our team of professionals, including designers and tradespeople, are fully integrated to ensure the successful execution of projects of any size. We believe that home projects should be enjoyable and fulfilling experiences for our clients. This requires striking a balance between creative design and budget constraints, as well as implementing industry-leading project management processes to minimize risks and foster collaboration. To enhance transparency and accessibility, we have developed a cloud-based project management system that provides our clients with full access to all project documents, including scope, specifications, drawings, budget, permits, schedule, photographs, weekly reports, and warranty requests. We are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, materials, and design trends through continuous learning and strong relationships with tradespeople and suppliers. At Kenorah, we understand and respect the financial and emotional investment our clients make in their custom homes, and we are dedicated to being their trusted partner throughout the entire process. As the most awarded renovator and builder in British Columbia, Kenorah has established itself as an industry leader in residential renovations and custom builds. We specialize in Design/Build Renovations and Custom Homes in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Each project is supported by a Fixed Price and Schedule Commitment, ensuring transparency and accountability.
