Journey to Excel

Journey to Excel is a program that focuses on making the game of hockey fun and enjoyable. They believe that enjoying the process of training and playing is crucial for success. Their programs provide a positive environment and challenging on-ice development sessions, which help to generate internal motivation and effective training. Journey to Excel is led by Adrian Lomonaco, an on-ice skills coach for Hockey Canada, and Jennifer Botterill, a four-time Olympian with the Canadian Women's Hockey team. Their goal is to develop confident, creative, and skilled players, emphasizing the importance of character and performance in the journey to success.
