Isla Cocina

Isla Cocina is a take-out food truck located in Seal Cove, Grand Manan NB. We specialize in delicious and authentic Mexican food as well as popular island favorites. Our menu includes dishes that can be easily tailored to be gluten-free and vegan, and we are also able to cater to specific dietary requirements upon request. We are committed to providing the freshest and most visually pleasing meals for our customers to enjoy. Our food truck was inspired by the vibrant food culture of Merida, Mexico, and we aim to recreate that experience for our customers. We are proud to use earth-conscious packaging that is completely biodegradable, as sustainability is a top priority for us. We invite you to visit our beautiful island and stop by our food truck to meet us and enjoy our mouthwatering Mexican food. We look forward to serving you!
