Inner Power Coaching

Inner Power Coaching, led by Silvia Gálvez, aims to empower individuals by helping them recognize their true selves and equipping them with the necessary tools to achieve their spiritual and material goals. In a world where various factors often disconnect us from our authentic selves and diminish our power, Inner Power Coaching provides valuable information and resources on time management, goal attainment, work-life balance, discovering personal purpose, overcoming self-doubt, and building self-confidence. Silvia Gálvez's passion for empowering others extends beyond coaching, as she also founded Express Connect, a social enterprise that offers free services to low-income families, including recreational activities, coaching for schools, and English workshops for youth, in addition to paid personal coaching and organizational coaching services.
