Housing Services Corporation

HSC works with over 1,400 social housing providers and 47 service managers in Ontario to help them effectively manage their resources and building portfolios. Our services are designed to address social housing business needs and protect Ontario's $40 billion housing asset. We help improve building efficiency, reduce utility costs, manage liability and risks, maximize capital dollars, and provide support in areas such as energy services, insurance and risk management, information technology, data and asset support services, and community and business partnerships. HSC was established in 2012 to meet the changing needs of its clients under the Housing Services Act, building on the experience of its predecessor, the Social Housing Services Corporation.
